Clause 1
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "exo368", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to exo368 and its operators, the internationally licensed online betting and gaming service accessible at https://exo368.bet.
- "You", "User", "Player", "Member" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the exo368 platform in any capacity.
- "Account" — the personal account created by a User upon completing the exo368 registration process.
- "Balance" — the total IDR-denominated funds held in a User's exo368 account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
- "Bet" or "Wager" — any financial stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, crash game, keno draw, or other product offered through the exo368 platform.
- "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other financial incentive offered by exo368 to Users, subject to the bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by exo368 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or where verification is otherwise mandated.
- "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the suite of self-management controls available to all registered Users, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
- "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all balances, transactions, and payouts on exo368 are denominated.
- "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, logos, software, content, design elements, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to exo368.
Clause 2
Eligibility
Access to and use of the exo368 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using any service on exo368.
- You are not prohibited from participating in online betting or gaming activities under any law, regulation, or court order applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of exo368 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been excluded from the exo368 platform via the self-exclusion program or had an account terminated for a material breach of these Terms.
- You are not located in any jurisdiction in which accessing online betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
Important: exo368 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in suspension of access to withdrawals or closure of the account.
Clause 3
Account Registration
To use any real-money product on exo368, you must create a registered account. The following conditions govern the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your account:
- Each User is permitted to hold one active account only. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, exo368 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings generated across the duplicate accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must keep your registered information current. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be updated promptly through the account settings panel or by contacting exo368 support.
- exo368 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the decline.
- Account registration is entirely free of charge. exo368 does not levy any account opening, maintenance, or dormancy fees.
Upon completing registration, you will receive access to all products available on the exo368 platform, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements prior to withdrawal processing.
Clause 4
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your exo368 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your exo368 account and must not reuse passwords from other platforms or services.
- You must notify exo368 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your account has been subjected to fraudulent activity.
- exo368 will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from exo368 that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
- You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. The 2FA option is accessible directly from the Security section of your account settings.
exo368 implements TLS 1.3 encryption with 256-bit SSL certificates across all platform pages and transaction flows. Notwithstanding these security measures, you acknowledge that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept responsibility for maintaining your own device and network security.
Clause 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on exo368 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). exo368 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:
- Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be credited to your account balance.
- Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are as follows: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within three minutes under normal operating conditions; e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 60 seconds. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. exo368 reserves the right to request identity documentation, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. This is a fraud prevention and player protection measure.
- Funds deposited into your exo368 account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will trigger an automatic account review.
- exo368 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
- Deposits made in error — including over-deposits or duplicate transactions — must be reported to customer support within 24 hours. exo368 will not be responsible for funds lost due to user error in entering recipient account details.
Note: exo368 does not impose currency conversion at any stage. Your IDR balance is held, wagered, and withdrawn in IDR without any foreign exchange conversion or spread fee.
Clause 6
Bonuses & Promotions
exo368 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria for each promotion — including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and geographic or account-tier restrictions — are set out in the applicable promotion's terms and conditions.
- Wagering requirements apply to all deposit match bonuses and credited free-bet amounts. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- exo368 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, exo368 will honour the original bonus terms for that player.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, exploiting wagering loopholes, or coordinating with other players to generate guaranteed profit from promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Where exo368 identifies that a welcome bonus has been claimed more than once by the same individual using different accounts, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed and all bonus-related winnings voided.
Clause 7
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity on the exo368 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, keno) are published separately within each product section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- All bets are final once confirmed. exo368 does not offer a cancellation or amendment facility for bets that have been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
- Manifest errors — including typographical errors in odds, prices, or game parameters that are clearly incorrect — will be voided regardless of whether they have been settled. exo368 reserves the right to correct manifest errors at any point, including after a bet has been placed or settled.
- All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live event results. exo368 does not manipulate game outcomes or odds in a manner inconsistent with the published house edge or return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each product.
- In the event of a technical malfunction — including platform outages, disconnections, or game server errors — that interrupts a wager in progress, exo368's system logs will be used to determine the appropriate resolution. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products. These limits are displayed within each product before a wager is placed. Limits may vary by product, game, market, and account tier.
- exo368 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or void any wager placed by a User where there is evidence of misuse, exploitation of pricing errors, or systematic use of strategies that fall outside the spirit of fair play as defined in these Terms.
Clause 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the exo368 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to access another User's account, whether through credential theft, phishing, social engineering, or any other means.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or the proceeds of any criminal activity. exo368 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in relation to any suspected financial crime.
- Registering more than one account or registering an account using false personal information.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been used in whole or in part to place wagers on the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your exo368 account or account balance to any third party.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Clause 9
Responsible Gaming
exo368 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms as binding obligations on exo368 and as available tools for all registered Users:
- Age verification: exo368 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time, particularly prior to the processing of withdrawals.
- Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through the account dashboard. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the increase request is submitted.
- Session timers: Users may configure session length alerts that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play, prompting a break.
- Cooling-off periods: Users may apply a temporary suspension of betting activity for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to all wagering products is suspended. Cooling-off periods cannot be lifted early.
- Self-exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the exo368 platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Clause 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the exo368 platform — including but not limited to the exo368 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, video content, and the selection and arrangement of all such elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of exo368 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the exo368 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
- Use any exo368 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly approved in writing by exo368.
- Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any external website or application without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of exo368's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal action.
Clause 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, exo368 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the User.
- Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- Technical malfunctions on the User's device, browser, or internet connection that affect platform performance.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.
- Any indirect or consequential financial loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
exo368's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits exo368's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Clause 12
Termination
Either party may terminate the User's account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Voluntary closure by the User: You may close your exo368 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (after settlement of pending bets) will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
- Termination by exo368: exo368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) exo368 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) continued operation of the account would expose exo368 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (d) the User has failed KYC verification.
- Upon termination for a material breach of these Terms, exo368 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds obtained through prohibited conduct. Deposits of legitimate cleared funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to the User.
- Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue in full force and effect after the account is closed.
Clause 13
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which exo368 holds its international gaming licence. exo368 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated betting platform.
By accessing exo368, you acknowledge that online betting is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence. exo368 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through exo368's customer support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as specified by exo368 at the time the dispute is formally raised. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Clause 14
Amendments
exo368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights, obligations, or the cost of using the platform — exo368 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account, or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.
Your continued use of the exo368 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://exo368.bet/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions.
